All ideas or suggestions submitted or disclosed will be deemed not confidential and will become theexclusive property of Pickleball Kingdom. You irrevocably transfer and assign to Pickleball Kingdom all rights, knownor unknown, in and to the ideas or suggestions and Pickleball Kingdom may use any idea or suggestion withoutrestriction for any purpose, without compensation to you.

We may update, amend or change this Policy at any time, in our sole discretion and without notice. Amendments willtake effect immediately upon us posting such updates on our Site.
